kinda like summer summer time !!

Hey lovely people. Yes I'm from England and maybe it's true that all brits do is talk about the weather, but you have to understand that we don't get much sun here :( so when the sun come's I have to embrace it with both arms and legs open (umm well maybe not the legs open haha!!) but you get my point.  


This is such a old school song unfortunately Will smith is not the greatest rapper, (He is perfect in every other way)!!   this song always makes me smile  so if you are looking out the office window wishing you were outside,driving, in the park,garden,or chilling. where ever you are put this song on REPLAY!! AND JUST SMILE.. :)

Look good feel great for summer

Look good and feel great..
Here's a healthy eating plan that works for me, it's a bit like the raw food eating plan.. I though I would share this with you as summer is coming up and you may want to lose a little weight also leaves your skin glowing.. The first 2 weeks will be hard if you are not used to eating like this, but I promise you will see a difference  if you stick to it !!.. Try it  for 3 weeks and let me know..

Breakfast

Banana‘s, Oranges, apples, Grapes, water melon, strawberry.Dried Mango  are really tasty, or dates if you have a sweet tooth like me..


Green tea or any fruit or herbal tea …lemon and Ginger. and lots of  water.


LUNCH then DINNER
Bistro Salad, sliced avocado with feta cheese and grilled chicken, I don’t eat red meat but I’m sure any grilled meat is good, or salmon with sweet chili sauce is really nice. Or tinned  tuna



Italian crispy salad and  Vegetarian Mexican Style Quarter Pound Bean Burgers. (Grilled ) great for a barbecue  Really quick and easy with feta and tomatoes, cucumber, avocado. And red onion. Sweet corn   Lots of black pepper.


Instead of Salad try boiled vegetables which ever you want!!  Boil with vegetable or chicken stock to give that extra taste for 5 Min's. Slightly crunchy healthier and tastes much nicer then over boiled.



Snacks




Snack a jacks
Large cheese ones really nice with banana.
Yogurts fat free
Dates
Rice cakes with Jam
Sesame snaps





Every weekend   just before I go to bed I drink slimmer tea  for a wash out. Be careful this stuff is really powerful!! .. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!

Dinner
My home made jerk chicken with homemade coleslaw with beef tomatoes, avocado and sweetcorn, lots of black peeper.. yummy!!
